The flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday are so beautiful. She snapped a picture and sent it to me. Even better then what I expected and what was pictured.
Unfortunately, the happy birthday balloon was not delivered as part of this order. I’ve tried to contact the shop a few times with no luck for a refund of the missing item. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service after the fact.
